Course Structure

The Breakthrough Blueprint is organized into four modules, designed to support steady progress without overwhelm. The course has 35 lessons and can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months to complete. It is meant to support you as you achieve your goals, so use it at your own pace. You have access to the course for as long as you need, so if you need support for your long-term goals, you can continue using this course and its activities for years to come.

Each module includes:

  • Daily lessons with practical challenges and activities that guide you in applying the tools directly to your own goals

  • Instructional videos and guided meditations

  • Downloadable worksheets you can reuse anytime

About the Instructor The Breakthrough Blueprint was created by Sabrina Shapiro, a mental performance specialist, fencing coach, and lifelong athlete who understands goal commitment from both a professional and personal perspective.  Sabrina didn’t always find consistency easy. She has ADHD and spent years struggling with organization and follow-through, which led her to deeply study how goals are set, structured, and sustained, especially when motivation is inconsistent. That experience shapes her work today, helping people build clear systems for commitment instead of relying on willpower.  Professionally, Sabrina works with a wide range of high performers, including professional MMA fighters, performing artists, and business professionals. She has also coached athletes across developmental levels, from elementary school–aged children to high-level competitors. Across all of these environments, she has seen the same truth: goal commitment is a skill that can be trained.  Her approach blends sport and performance psychology with practical, compassionate tools that help people follow through when goals feel boring, stressful, or emotionally demanding, without sacrificing well-being.
